data-mid="15874011" border="0" align="left"/> I had the challenging responsibility of creating the visual identity and all its applications for De Bijbel Tapes, the biggest audiofilm production in Dutch history, and the first of its kind. It brings the Bible, word for word, to life, through the voice-acting of some of The Netherlands' most reknowned actors. De Bijbel Tapes will consist of 20 editions, with all 77 books of the Bible picked and divided among the editions. The first edition was launched on 28 March 2012 at De Rode Hoed in Amsterdam. De Bijbel Tapes will be going on tour to exhibitions and fairs around the country. For this, we needed extra material like flyers, posters, button badges and iPad screens. Visitors to the stand can use the iPad to listen to fragments from each book, plus a fragment from a Psalm that comes with each purchase. It helps with feminine hygiene and reproductive organ health, among other physical benefits. When they approached me, they already had an existing logo and packaging, which I advised them to redesign. After several proposals for the new logo and packaging design, they selected a set and then proceeded to alter it further themselves. The next step was the website, whose user interaction and interface I designed. year in a row, I created the newspaper for the NS Try Out Festival, and all the festival's accompanying material, including indoor and outdoor signage, advertisements, wall stickers and flyers. Our advertisements were placed in various regional and national newspapers. The concept I came up with is inspired by the agency's function, which is organising live events and activating brands online. I wanted the logo to have a hands-on, handmade look, yet remain digital, sharp and professional. The stationery follows on with the sharp look and utilises the arrow-like negative shape of the X to reinforce the visual identity.
